i am love

for me it took 38 years to live on this planet to understand that love is the answer. i've started meditations with Dr. Joe Dispenza in his retreat and experiencing power of love was just beyond any words. i opened my heart, i am love. self love and self acceptance are two most powerful energies in healing my body that i have experienced. living in day to day life and being love it feels like it's life time practice. what love would do in this situation? how can i approach life more from love? this kind of questions i ask myself when i feel in difficult situation in life. acting from love it has been scary for me and still it can feel that way sometimes. love is a choice. choosing to live as love requires practicing non attachment, trust. love does not control, love is selfish, love is intentional, love is the unknown, love is healing, love is connecting, love is supporting, love is authenticity, love is art, love is sharing. love is trust. love is in our hands. we are love.
