i am trust

trust is an interesting muscle to train. i have been intentionally practising trust for few years now. trust in people. trust in life. trust in myself. trust in choices. trust in the unknown. trust means to me to let go of desired or assumed outcome. trust is a wild card. trusting people that lies repeatedly helped me to forgive myself for my past lies. trust is healing. trusting in others provides opportunity for others to step up and show up. trust state is unconditional and non judgmental. trust is superpower and i definitely recommend to practice every day in all areas. whats the point of living without trust? trust is magic. trust is selfless.
just thinking that some one has distrust in me, makes me feel sad. also sad to feel distrust in someone else. i love seeing everything as energy therefore i choose to live from space of trust. trust is empowering.
