to feel grateful for life has been my most constant state in the past years. to feel grateful to me feels like praying. i thank. i reflect. i create. i live in awe, life keeps on surprising me in the ways i least expect. gratitude is the state of being. gratitude for the future events creates and attracts desired outcomes for me.

through practicing gratitude i have learned to recognise and acknowledge small things in life and also recognise how my wishes has been fulfilled again and again. this practice made me alert is well about what i am wishing for. iv'e learned that precision, clarity and attention to detail and being specific when asking or wishing for something is very important.
